Block candidates found by the pool

Meeting the network target produces a candidate. The node can refuse it, and the chain can reorg it out — only "in chain" is a block the pool was actually paid for, and only those are counted in the totals. The rest are kept here because a pool whose candidates never land has a problem worth seeing.
